The Gilbert Barrel Aged Gin is named after the Gilbert Valley where we are based. We crafted a gin that is perfect for barrel ageing, but the key is the barrel. We use fresh, small, medium toasted American Oak barrels, similar to those used to make a fine bourbon, to infuse the gin with amber richness and flavour. Each batch has its own features, and hence each bottle has its own batch and bottle number - a handcrafted, whiskey drinker's gin.

Tasting notes - orange, oak, sweet spice, caramel, vanilla, maple syrup, butterscotch, chocolate, honey, aniseed.
